Born and raised in Valladolid, I have a master degree in foreign languages and commerce, a sommelier certification and a WSET level 3 award in wines.

My wine journey began in south Germany, teaching Spanish in the middle of the Palatinate Wine Region, where I quickly discovered a strong affinity for everything that surrounds the world of wine.

Back in Spain, I started out in the wine business working for the regional Foreign Trade Promotion Board and exploring the wines and food from Castile-León while traveling around the world. Then I worked for several years as export manager for a well-reputed winery which enabled me to deepen my knowledge of regional wines, vineyards and winegrowers, before becoming a French, English & German-speaking wine guide.

I am now focusing my energy on sharing my passion and love for my region’s food and wines, landscapes and culture, and willing to collaborate on any project related to wine, traveling and meeting people !
